Head out on an adventure to visit the clear turquoise green lake which lies in a volcanic caldera. The viewpoint has great views of the lake and you can hike down to rent some kayaks to set out into the lake.
Venture out on one of the trails to the top of Snowdon standing at over 1000 meters. Plan for at least 6 hours of hiking depending on the trail you choose and enjoy the great views of lakes and valleys along the way.
This scenic lake can be visited by train on a short day trip from Milan. Explore the lake by boat stopping at several picturesque towns on the lake with endless scenic views which include a background of the Alps.
During the festive winter period, the Scottish capital is great to visit to wander through the Christmas Market. The drive to the famous Loch Ness can be long but has great landscape views and sites on the way.
The high salt levels in this lake cause it to have a similar floating effect as the dead sea. You can bathe in an adjacent lake to experience the same effect and the tour ends watching the sunset in the area.
